Just don't over do it I read the spiciest, ie hottest kind of hot sauce is Siracha .or however its spelled. Read the ingredients of hotsauces, the higher cayenne on the list, hotter it is. My personal favorites are Tabasco and Crystal LA hot sauces. Hot peppers come with different degrees of heat .With green tea ice tea that would be great combo for increasing your metabolism.l
