  • Most likely no you can not fix it at home. The modern Television is not a 'do it yourself' home repair project, and most repair people will scratch there heads and either charge you hundreds of dollars and laugh on the way to the bank, or will be honest and tell you that parts and labor are usually more expensive than getting a new set. And with the switch to digital, even your older 'worth fixing' TVs are no longer worth fixing. If this is a projection TV then you might be able to adjust the lenses for the RGB (Red Green Blue) colors. But I would not suggest doing this if you have never opened up a TV before.
